ORDER # 402-6011968-4929956, placed for Asus battery on 17th Sep. When I received it, it was used/defective. I filed complaint at the same time but amount still not refunded. Tried contacting the seller as well but no use as he send me mail confirmation 5-7 times that he refund the money but still its not done. Today Amazon is telling that seller dropped wrong mail confirmation as no refund has been initiated yet. Both of them cheated me & wasted my time as well. Most Pathetic & Worst service I have ever seen. Don’t buy from them as they are only luring the customers with fake deals that ended with frustrations & waste of time.
