I purchased a mobile from amazon.in on 6th october 2014 also made the payment through online.i created account in amazon on my wife name.the delivery address was her official address in order to get it earlier.if i had used my home address it will take 4-7 days as mentioned in the amazon site but if i use my wife official address it will take only 2-4 days as mentioned amazon site.my wife got an sms on 9th oct in the evening saying that there is some problem in address and package has reached kochi. So i gave them a detailed address in the evening itself.next morning.
I phone them thrice then they were asking for landmark which i specifically mentioned as kochi infopark, i also gave them post pin and mobile number still the package is not delivered just think now it is 11th oct.when i contacted fed ex people they told to contact amazon. When i contact amazon that they are helpless, they can only provide information to courier service. I told them that i am willing to collect it directly from fed ex office but they didn’t provide the details.
Just think, it has two days since the package arrived in cochin. Don’t know when i am going to get it
