There were days that one site which ruled the ecommerce world was Amazon. Amazon initially was claimed as the first word that came to anybodys mind when you say shopping, due to its exceptional customer service. Its really hard but in context to the current scenario I feel amazon has gone down a way too long be it quality of product or delivery time. As a personal experience I had got two consecutive times a used mobile phone when ordered for a new one. The customer service is more like a portal to leave out all frustation and then regret buying something because the only solution they provide incase not getting a product on time is "I am sorry, you will get the product by tomorrow" where you would be actually expecting a solution rather than a shoulder. Its become quite often that you have to actually ask the deliverer the time to available rather giving the time, and also most of them claim for cash. The only entity that has been saving amazon is its web application which is really stable and easily navigable. You can rely only on your luck as the probability of getting a genuine product especially electronics is further way down. Over all it was the best at a point but now somewhere down the line has lost its real mark.
