I have been buying from amazon.in since 4 years. I finds out it to be a great online shopping website. The prime option is great. You can buy Prime membership for just Rs 499/- only. After that no delivery charges are taken even if I order for 100 rupees product. They provide a free 24hr delivery to Prime members. The very unique option I find is "subscribe" option for grocery and other products. After subscribing you can get regular delivery of product periodically. You don’t need to buy again and again. You can choose the delivery frequency to be 1 month or 2 month or 3 months. Extra 10% off will be given to you when you subscribe. I have been using subscribe option since last 4 months and finds it to be really helpful. I would suggest others also to give it a try. Customer service is also great. You can connect them on chat or phone or e-mail. You can choose chat for instant replies.
