Amazon is the india’s largest online shopping destination, it has acquired this position mainly due to its timely delivery to all the parts of the country including the rural areas. This shopping site or the Android app is not so user friendly, even though it dominates the online shopping market and the sole reason for its success is quality and on time delivery of products. I do lot of online shopping rather than to go out because it saves lot of time and money, and I have been doing shopping frequently in this site for quite a long time and I had purchased around 50 products from this site including mobiles, electronic goods etc. There have been many good and bitter experiences with Amazon. One experience I had was when I ordered a running shorts a few days back, it was delivered on time but after using it for barely few days, it turned out to be a worst product and it has torn without much usage. The worst or bad thing with this site is the sellers of the Amazon. These sellers often put low quality and duplicate products or items and Amazon did not check these sellers before making a contract with them, the users who have a good will in the Amazon site tend to buy these products and later regret. This is the most bad thing about this site and rest all are good, and the user interface of the web application and also mobile application should be appealing to the customers, so it should improve in these aspects.
