’Amazon Sucks’ We( I and my wife) had bought few kitchen tools from browsing the app, ordered COD, delivery date and other details received through sms and same on App, but after waiting for almost 10 days delivery is cancelled, when contacted just one sentence "SIr, the materials which were suppose to be delivered has been damaged, pls order again, so ordered again but same reason with stern tone, " when u have not paid then why do u bother so much".
CAN YOU ANSWER THIS AMAZON? DO YOU THINK WE R FOOLS HERE TO SPEND FEW HOURS BROWSING AND TAKING YOUR S* REPLIES. I got wild and uninstalled. After a couple of months my wife was ordering again few kitchen tools/tupperware boxes/etc, I asked her not to purchase from this BAKVAS AMAZON site but she said if we pay in advance then they would deliver the product, ok, there we pay same thing continued but with a twist, this time products was delivered on APP, when enquired the answer was’ mam, our local delivery agent/agency show deliver in the app since they have target and dont worry the same will be delivered by tomorrow, after 2 days same story continued, when asked and wanted the courier agency/agent contact numbers they were not able to help me, I wanted to speak to someone who could solve the problem but were not ready to share. and now I guess they have black listed my wife as we are not able to order against COD, I a, not ready to pay henceforth as the experience was very bad, btw these orders I had place orders with other sites( Paytm and titan) both the orders reached on time.
Few suggestion and questions to AMAZON:
1.Suggestion: If you dont have enough man power, dont exxxxxpand your business.
- Your call center is of no use, your r wasting your money on them, close down

- If you dont have any control on your transit why do you commit?
2.How many customers you do this and make money, rotate and refund, good business tactics?
YOU HAVE BLACK LISTED, I WILL MAKE SURE YOU LOOSE BUSINESS, CHANGE YOUR AMERICAN ATTITUDE OR YOU WILL BE THROWN OUT OF INDIA SHORTLY AND I WILL BE THE PERSON TO START THE PROCESS AND WILL NOT LIVE A SINGLE STONE UPTURNED
