I wanted to start with to many things on my mind about Amazon but all I want to say is Amazon socks.
I had ordered teblat phone in exchange of my phone less than a year use I paid 100rs extra for Rast delivery paid all amounts in advance for hassle free transaction with Amazon.
But after full payment, neither my product came on time as promised not did they refund my for their delivery service.
Particularly marked the address as my work address the delivery by my product.
After late delivery, when I opened my course I got a defective teblat handset on top of that they my perfect working teblat.
Some how I managed to call customer service, but unfortunately cse of Amazon couldnt understand the my issue and kept on transferring the calls to next cse with a hold of 15mint every time.
I agreed on replacement all though frankly I didnt wanted to,
Having lost trust in Amazon quality and experiencing such a poor service.
