I am using Amzon for past 4years. Although I don’t shop regularly online but whenever I need to buy something I first come to Amazon.It has enough product to search for in every category.The best thing is their delivery time.In Kolkata( metro city) products get delivered in 2-3 days.Also delivery in villages is good.Recently I ordered Infocus smartphone to my hometown( which is a rural area of West Bengal) .It got delivered within 6 days.
Till now I have bought tons of products including clothes, smartphones, daily products etc. and never faced any problem. Also returning and refund is very easy and time efficient.
