Customer Service:-
Once I brought a phone Nokia basic phone. & Delivery boy came to delivery my product So I give him mine debit card to swipe. First attempt he said I has not expecting. So again I give second attempt that time its excepted. he handover my phone & left. After sometime I got a message from my bank stating my amount has deducted twice. I immediately called customer service I raised a complaint their told me to call after 15 days. before that your money will be transfer. Luckily I got my fund after 10 days. That Amazon.!
Product Quality:-
I just love shopping in Amazon site. Its provide the best quality.
Delivery time:-
I order a Nokia basic phone on Friday I got my phone next day. Amazing so soon the delivery has happen. I was fully satisfied.
App & Website:-
Website is very nice to shop I just love doing shopping online. When I am at office I shop by website. When I am traveling I prefer App. easy & useful.
Reliability:-
Over all what to say about amazon its mind blowing service. We can find any product in aaammmaazzzoonn. Loving it.
