I recently ordered a phone for my friend from amazon which was supposed to be a one day delivery order but he received that phone after 4 days.
When I called their customer support to inquire about the deliver of the parcel, their customer support told me that I will receive that product within half an hour and offered me a voucher of rs.200 as an apology for the delayed delivery.
So if you are fine with a delayed deliver then go with amazon for sure as they do have a huge collection of products in every category but if you are in a hurry or planning to gift something from amazon, avoid shopping from here.
I am giving a 2 start rating just for their collection and customer service.
