Fack amazon

The picture frame was supposed to arrive nov 4rth , then they told me it was going to be late november 10th . It never arrived . I finally called their customer service and got somebody who barely spoke english . She basically said that it was my problem - not amazon’s problem and go take it up with the seller . I paid the money to amazon they are happy to take your money .but they run away when things go bad . I have spent thousands of dollars with them but they will never get another penny from me
