I would like to share how Amazon.in online shopping portal works in India. I purchased the dell venue 8 from Amazon.in online website on 13 Oct and after 15 days of waiting product is still in transit as per website from amazon.in or their vendor service.
Initially, product was to be deliver on 25th oct and later date got changed in the system without information customer. however, when product did not reach me on 27th and try to reach Amazon.in customer service, they are happy to help but no information is provided by them even after 36 hrs of wait.
I was more surprise when CC guys told me that, Diwali has delayed the product delivery. Where other side. I am able to get products from 2500 km during festival season.
This is how system works in India as we don’t have time for consumer complain. After waiting for 16th day, I lost all the excitement for the production and I had not expected from Amazon.in. I understand this is India and I have to live with this so writing this to take out my frustration.
Frustrating Indian Customer
