I was surprised and appalled at the logic behind this giants invoicing process. I found out recently that if you select a different shipping address than a billing address the system defaults your shipping address as billing address!
When I called the customer service about it, they were ignorant of this and tried to convince me that I should have only one address and not two! when I persisted and tried to reason with him they hung up on me feigning connectivity issues. I was not able to get online again.
there are two things I find abhoring -
The CSR are not sufficiently trained to answer customer queries especially complex billing issues.
they were impatient and do not make any effort to understand and find a solution for the customer.
