Amazon is amazing in all aspects. To be honest, I was afraid for Indian e-com co.s when Amazon was launched, as it is such a huge company in the US. I secretly wished it would fail in India.
This was until I had to purchase a portable external hard disk to gift my dad. Difference of approx Rs 300 and amazing customer service, where I received a call by click of a button sealed the deal for me with Amazon. Thereafter I have bought a smartphone, a mixer and juicer, a 42 inch LCD TV to name a few amongst host of others from them. Though I still use snapdeal or flipkart, but it is only rare and occasional. The best aspects of Amazon in my opinion are:
Best unmatched prices - Always better pricing as compared to its competitors.
Quality products - Never heard of inferior products being sold at Amazon. We got what we saw on the website.
Customer Service - Amazon’s customer service is world renowned. Got a first hand experience of the same the first time I ourchased from them and have been hooked ever since.
Worst aspects:
None in particular. However, I hope they increase their products range even further to include paraphernalia, e.g. sofas, etc.
Suggestion - Including shopping payment gateways like’payumoney’ as an option for payment woul help users purchase products at still discounted prices.
Online experience is supreme. Mobile app is user friendly as well.
