According to my personal experience, amazon respond customer complaint immediately.Amazon provide chat option, its very easy option to interact with executives. we can express our doubt, query, complaint to them, while travelling or office time also. our conversation not disturb surrounding people.They send a chat copy to our mail id also.i have one suggestion also.Amazon new customer difficult to find customer care option from the web site.It is not available in main menu.customer care option too below the website.minimum three more clicks required to reach customercare option from your website.so its make some difficulty to new customers.If you provide a customercare option in main menu, I will give 5 star sure.
