Product return courier charges not refunded

This is w.r.t the Order No: #404-7655571-6679506(Product: Lifeline LYSN5213 Manual Treadmill) I purchased from Amazon on 6th August. I received the product somewhere in end of August. However, the product was defective a I had to return it. However, I found out that the return pickup could not be arranged and I had to self-return it. Since I knew I had to pay a large amount for the courier charges, I raised the concern to amazon on August 27 and I got reply on August 28 from Amazon that "Once you return the item, please reply to this e-mail by attaching the scan copy of the courier receipt and the tracking


number, so that we can track the package and issue a refund for the shipping charges you’ve incurred ." I had replied back on August 31st with the attached courier receipt. Product was delivered to the seller on Sept.5. However, the seller refunded only Rs.510 out of the Rs.3900 I had incurred as shipping cost(Product cost was Rs.7799). Till day, neither Amazon nor the seller has refunded the remaining cost. Amazon is only asking me to wait and my repeated mails to them didn’t help in getting refund.


Request Amazon to refund the remaining amount as soon as possible.
