This is regarding 2 of my orders with order numbers #171-7360198-2211560 and #171-2386647-9570768.
This is what happened:
I noticed that a product which I wanted since a very long time was on sale at a very low price on Amazon.in . I was delighted because I thought this is Amazon back again with some amazing deals. So I quickly placed orders for 2 products.
The order was successfully placed and I received a confirmation mail from amazon. After few hours, both my orders are auto-cancelled by amazon citing pricing error. I did not expect this from amazon. I thought Amazon honored every order just like India’s number one e-commerce company - Flipkart.com
Amazon has let me down. I hope they learn something from Flipkart and start honoring all orders.
I contacted their customer service representatives and they were of no help. Not even one person from Amazon agreed to ship the orders. Highly unprofessional!
I have stopped visiting Amazon and henceforth all my orders will be placed with Flipkart.
