I bought noodles for 70 ruppes. and was charged twice. first attempt otp entered bank successful but amazon says not recieved payment. second time success. I asked amazon for refund. that told to wait for 5 days and surely you will get your refund. after 7 days(including business holidays) they told to contact your bank for refund as it is stuck in payment gateway. I raised a complaint ticket with my bank and after a week my bank replied transaction successful. then when I contact amazon again they say they will contact billing team and kept me waiting for another week. finally they say your bank is the problem, since we wasted your time we will give gift card for Rs.70 into your amazon pay account.
They are fake and bullying people with bullying and harassing and cheating culture. I don’t recommend amazon pay, bank online transactions with amazon. just use cash on delivery.
