Recently I participated the flash sell of mobile in Amazon and placed order on 24th October. After that Amazon arbitrarily decided the expected delivery date as 15th November when other etailers like ebay, Flipkart, Snapdeal deliver within 7 days and I am their regular buyer. Anyway Amazon shipped the item vide Fedex on 31/10/2015 which is still not delivered.
For last 3 days the item is stuck at Fedex delivery agent’s end without further action. Amazon has chosen a Carrier Fedex who has no direct service in my address and depend on other franchise delivery agency who is holding the item for last 3 days without delivery. Now Amazon is saying I should wait till their expected delivery date that is 15th November. People should avoid such etailer who has no control over delivery carrier or date. After writing this review, FedEx has delivered the item today(5th November).
