AMAZON is the one of the biggest shopping destination in india, but many reason it totally disappointed me.
The delivery system of amazon is so poor. Even they take 10 - 12 days to delivery the products. Some time they delivery after the issue date.
And the delivery boy is rude in behaviour. They can not come to my place, they call me and choose their nearest place to collect the product.
Even the return policy is not good. It takes too much time.
Compare to the other online shopping site AMAZON is very costly. Same thing I get other site in very low price.
Some time ago I ordered 3 shirt. But when I get those shirt I was stunt. 2 of them was good but last one was not match that I ordered. And the colour was feded.
And the customer care service is so poor. Provide people with false information about their queries to gain reputation.
So my opinion is think thousand time to purches any product from amazon because your money may be at risk.
