PRODUCT QUALITY:- Product quality depends on sellers and brands. But it is good to compare to other websites. I bought plenty of things from AMAZON but I don`t find any fault in any product.
DELIVERY TIMELINESS:- I like AMAZON because of its delivery timing, sometimes they delivered the product before time.
APP & WEBSITES:- There are so many great deals on AMAZON app and websites also. That was so amazing. Customization of the product is very good on both and easy to use.
RELIABILITY:- It is very trusted side. I recommend first for online shopping. It has quick return and replaces procedure. refund procedure is also quick. that every customer is expected for shopping online.
