Amazon.in: One of the biggest online shopping store Amazon is really wonderful and I have many good experience with. Bad experience is very rare. Here I am discussing few points why I like it.
Customer service: Its customer service is wonderful. They immediately response to your report, queries, orders, etc. Easy return policy is also very much liked by me.
Product quality: Overall the product quality is very good. But during offers low priced products can be of bad quality many times. But you can easily return them.
Delivery time: Delivery time is much short and even delivers before given time.
App & Websites: The app and website of this online shopping store are on an average good. Its promotes order tracking facility very easily and also very user friendly. you can very easily order and return products. But sometimes during sale time when there is a rush in the website it fails to perform properly and smoothly.
So, they can relied upon and buy products from them without hesitation. But be careful during sale time of being given bad products. But don’t worry, they can be easily returned.
