I had such a bad experience with Amazon, they misdelivered my package and worst of all is their customer care. They provide fancy options of mail, chat and call. I used both chat and call and was assured that it will be looked into it. When I called up the next day, it seems there is no record of my complaint at all, absolutely no action had been taken. In fact the customer service person was not even aware of the fact that I had called earlier. I lost 24 hrs just like that.
I am now relying upon the words of the customer service representative that they will trace the courier and re-deliver it to the correct address.
I am still waiting for any action to be taken.
