- Delivery: they seem intent to use the most inept delivery firm available. Things are thrown into gardens. Delivered to neighbours up to 20 doors away. Told delivery was attempted when I’ve been in all day waiting.
And 3rd party sellers: the amount of forgeries currently available is ridiculous and amazon do nothing to remove the sellers so long as they get their fee.
And about Prime: this is continually pushed down your throat on every page and one wrong click is all it takes to sign up. It then takes a google search and at least 10 clicks to cancel if you realise in time before being charged.
It’s a Free delivery: this must be manually selected every time. You can save and set as default any other delivery option but not with free delivery.
Their variety of goods and online chat customer service are their saving grace and the only reason I am giving them 3 stars.
