Hello Everyone,
I am an Amazon customer from past 10 years and recently ordered a headset which results in delivery of bed pillows which is a wrong order, tried to talk to amazon the same day and they said please wait for 2 days, after two days they said we will investigate and give us some time and after a week follow-up, they said investigation is closed and you need any other assistance. The customer care is dumb and not sure what they are doing.
We inform that they deliver a wrong order and multiple follow ups and they block the review, its very annoying and amazon is losing 10-year customer for the same of 1k rupees.
