Amazon.in is very famous and we all know about it.I had bought a product from Amazon.in last month.When my product reached Chennai, I got a notification that my item has been returned back.I checked with the website and they have said that I have refused to accept the parcel and have returned it back.I was shocked as no courier person has come to my home and I have never refused any parcel.I contacted the courier person and he said that he could not come to my area as there is rain.What a liar! He said he will deliver surely on the evening.In the evening there was no sign of him.I called him and he had switched off his phone.I contacted the customer care and complained to them.They said they will get in touch with him him and call me.When they called me, they said that he is unwilling to deliver the courier and they have returned it.I then complained to higher authorities and got the parcel delivered . I had the same experience thrice.If you want to order from Amazon.in, you have to keep complaining and set aside other jobs to get the parcel delivered
