Did buy this phone on 10/27/15 to give as a gift on Christmas to a relative and when she open it was broken. I did bring it to Samsung in NY and they told me it was a refurbish and has no warranty.
I call Amazon. They told me it was sold by sellers for them and they weren’t responsible for it and I should give a complaint to this department about this retailer for them.
The worst part it is I did buy another one before for the same reason for a gift and was refurbish to and made for the Emirates Arabes and not for America so doesn’t work either so I have 2 non-working phones. I hope I can hear from you any response from this seller so don’t rob to more people. Thank you.
