Getting lost @ amazon.com

I ordered for a Cruzer USB stick from Amazon for the first time. Even though the order was placed successfully and the amount was debited from our account, I received a mail telling me that the transaction has failed and I need to re order.


When I called the customer service they told me that they are not aware what the exact issue was and will ask the billing department to provide me the reason for the same. There was also not mechanism for raising a valid complaint which was very disappointing. It was my first experience with Amazon and I am not sure I would like to use this website in the future.
