Delay in processing

I would like to share one of my own experience. About 8 to 9 months back I had ordered for a leather purse from Amazon for my mother.


They had promised me a delivery date but unfortunately it did not arrive in time. I did make calls and waited for the product for another week still there was a delay and later when I called to check in as to what went wrong they said that it was out of stock. But still on their website it showed that it was available and was in Stock.
