I had purchased a Moto G5s Plus from amazon almost a month ago. Problems started arising from the next day onwards, hopefully my return was approved by the technician .
On the day of judgement I had received a message for return PickUp and an agent came and picked it up giving us the amazon slip. Two days later another agent came to pick up the same product and claimed the item was never returned back.
And ever since almost daily I have a heated argument with Amazon where at times they keep asking for more 24-48 Hours, else they deny the fact that the item was returned and bluntly disconnect the call .
They replied saying that the Slip( Which was provided by the delivery agent at the time of reverse pick up) is actually a return Label and not an Acknowledgement Slip.
I clearly told them that even if it is the return label, the sticker label could only and only be printed by amazon and no one else would be able to replicate the perfection of the slip which amazon prints on its custom made paper.
There are fraudulent activities happening at their returns department but they are penalizing the customers instead of correcting their own mistake and internal management .
The mobile costed me Rs.15, 000 and now I dont have the mobile and amazon still has not provided me with the refund .
Most of the time they deny the fact that I returned the mobile and after long argument they again ask for 24-48 Hours.
I hope my review here will be read by them and action will be taken against it, as my next step will be to approach the consumer court as I am running out of options . I still have the Amazon Return Label which can only and only solely be printed by amazon and this will be my proof of return .
