I have bought trimmer from amazon ( last week) , but trimmer get faulty charger pin n some hair on it .so I have contacted with amazon customer support . they attended me quickly on telephone line and told me to return this trimmer . their pick up guy also came that morning and my money also credited in my account next day.i like thier customer service response and they also apologise for wrong product n ensure me they will take action against seller .
