I have purchased many items from amazon earlier, their delivery speed always used to be the best and earlier they always used to send the items by good couriers like blue dart, dtdc but nowadays amazon delivery system is simply getting worsened, they send all their items by india post and one main drawback of this is that the postman never calls before coming to deliver and if we are not in home he simply returns the items back to the seller.i would request amazon to kindly improve their delivery services
