Now a days Amazon can’t deliver on time. Whenever they fail they will come up with excuses to cover up their lapses. Their Customer Service is the worst and can’t solve any of the concerns of the customers.
Finally, I had to cancel my order as Amazon failed to deliver the items even after continuous follow up with their Customer Service.
I strongly feel that for Prime Members ( they charge a fee) when they fail to deliver on time then they should pay back for their failure.
