As per my experience whenever I ordered sometbinh from amazon I got dissappointed. Most of the time it provides poor service and it generally takes more time to dealiver then any other service provider takes to deliver the same product. And genually it has poor service and reliability if you wants to return any product. But it sometimes it also gives better service but its my personal experience that most of the times I dong feel its good service provider.
