Hello friends I used to purchase maximum products online and visiting numerous online shopping websites. Amazon.in is one among them . I am facing a genuine issue since last 3 purchases by amazon.in. they are sending so many offers on their websites and registered no. By saying that it is loot offer( 75% cash back etc.) Like that but when I checked same prosucts on flipkart or other websites. Rate is nearly same. I don’t get what is necessity to make costomers fool by wrong advertisement.
I orderd shoes of black colour from their websites but they sent blue coloured piece of same product I got shocked how irrisponsible they are? It took 6 days to get my order that is also not correct, again I claimed for refund they took total 16 days to provide me my genuine order.
Again I ordered axe sunglass from their website and paid via debit card. They assured that my package will deliver within 4-5 working days. I tracked it too. Everything was going on but after 7 days also package was not came I called them 4 times then they received call and told me to call within 3 hours because they had some server issues. Again entire day I called but no one picked up the phone. Again next day I called, they took call and telling that my package was misaddress, I got shocked because next day I had to travell for north india. Within 25 days I called them 15 times to refund my money but anyhow I got my sunglass after 26 days.
It was very horrible experience I faced in my life while doing shopping online. I do avoid purchasing any product through this worst site and I appeal to amazon.in to please look into these type of cases and improve your services and put some responsible staff otherwise due to some people your degnity is going to be destroy soon.
