What a way to loot customer by selling used phones in name of new and then arm twisting by pushing for no replacement.
I bought ORDER # 404-3217387-8917908 a one plus 3 phone on Wednesday October 5 and it started draining the battery in flat 6 hours without any 3rd party apps downloaded apart from whatsapp. I called the one plus customer care and they tried to troubleshoot and it still didnt improve and asked me to request a replacement from Amazon.
Amazon customer care was a shocker who say that we cant replace without a letter from the service centre of one plus customer care irrespective of the date of purchase and they glorify 10 day replacement policy without trouble. I want a replacement of my new phone and dont want a service centre to REPAIR a new phone. I didnt spend Rs. 28, 000 for a malfunctioning device. Ive been calling your customer care for two days and there is no solution
