Bad experience

THE LATEST UPDATE OF THIS APP IS HORRIBLE. WHENEVER I TRY TO ZOOM ANY PRODUCT IMAGE, IT KEEPS ON LOADING WITH A BLANK SCREEN. I TRIED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE BY UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING SEVERAL TIMES BUT ALL IN VAIN, EVEN WHEN I PRESS THE BACK BUTTON WHILE ZOOM IMAGE IS LOADING, IT WILL NOT TAKE ME BACK TO THE PRODUCT PAGE. INSTEAD I HAVE TO CLICK THE BACK BUTTON TWICE TO GET BACK INTO THE LAST TO LAST PAGE ( PRODUCT LISTING AGAIN) . PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS IT SUCKS.

COMPLETELY WORTHLESS USE OF THE APP. THE APP USES UR IMEI NUMBER WHILE BOOKING AN EXCHANGE PHONE EVEN WITHOUT ASKING. I HAD BOOKED A PHONE AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT AND HAD TO BE EMBARRASSED WHEN AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES ACT LIKE THEY DON’T GARE AT ALL. THEY ONLY KEEP APOLOGIZING WITHOUT GIVING VANY SOLUTIONS AND KEEP MAKING U RUN AROUND IN CIRCLES. KUDOS TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE A SIMPLE PROBLEM THAT WAS FROM YOUR SIDE CANNOT BE SOLYEDY
