Recently I have order a Fila shoes it was a purely defected piece all the threads were coming out from it
I returned that product there was no response even after 10 days.
Then I filed a claim as per there request.
It’s been 20 days or more , I haven’t received a single penny .
They are making too much excuse .
I was trying to gift shoe to my cousin which ended in crap.
I ruined his birthday .
Amazon a complete waste in refunds
