Hey friends Amazon.in is one of the India’s leading E-commerce site. I have very good experience with them. I have bought It yureka mobile in last year march. It was one of best smartphone at that time. I got it delivered in 3 days. It was nice experience shopping with them. Then after sometime I was facing some technical issues in my phone. I tried contacting you customer support but they didn’t resolve my issue.
Then I mailed Amazon.in about my issue regarding mobile. I asked them for replacement or refund after 8 months.I was so surprised with the answer I got, they agreed. I requested them for refund and got it on day which my set was picked up.
