I have ordered a product on 5th of October with old address. Corrected the address on 7th Oct before shipping started. It had reached the local courier service on 8th october. Since then they tried to deliver 3 times to my old address and I informed them that they are supposed to deliver to new address. contacted customer care atleast 5 times, where I get the promise that it would be delivered the next day to the correct address. it has been 10 days. and I am still hearing the same feedback from customer service and courier service are updating the status as per their own wish and finally not delivering the product.
This is my first and worst experience with amazon online order.
