My level of dis-satisfaction and frustration is to the core for the worst service in regards to the promotion offer of 10% cash back from Amazon India.
In the month of November when the 10% cash back was offered by Amazon for purchases through Axis bank cards, I brought a Lenovo tablet from them worth of Rs 13, 199.00 and made the payment from my online Axis bank account.
After that I contacted customer support of Amazon inquiring about cash back, they confirmed it will be directly credited in to my bank account no later than January 10, 2014. As I didnt receive the cash back with the stipulated time, again I contacted them but they said we cannot give you cash back because the payment was done via internet banking.
I have no idea they cheated me like this and offered me no help ignoring the fact their own representatives deceived me in my prior contacts with customer support. After rounds and rounds of communication I am frustrated with their lack of support. There are several online sellers who can bent their way if it is their mistake but Amazon doesnt bother about it.
Fraudsters you will not get any single business from me and my acquaintances also I will go to social media in explaining this matter. Also I will recommend others to avoid buying anything from them.
