I have placed an order for Philips IN-DSP2600/00 Speaker from Amazon.in on 9th Jan 2014. It showed me estimated delivery date between 15th-18th Jan 2014. I have done payment in advance as I thought with Amazon it would be hassle free.
After few days I got update that my order is dispatched. But when I have not received it till 17th Jan, I checked it on Amazon site.
On site status was that it is shipped by seller using blazeflash courier. I have picked tracking number from there and checked it on Blazeflash site, they were showing that it was forwarded to some courier company.
Then I first tried to call Balzfelash, I tired around 20 times there, but always I was waiting on IVRS for connecting to some person and each time after IVRS irritating messages my calls got disconnected.
I have also used Contact seller through Amazon website but did not received any response from seller.
I called local courier service whose number was mentioned on Blazflash website and initially they said they will be delivering it next day. I called them around 9-10 times. Finally they said that they do not have idea where is courier.
Meanwhile I called and done chat with Amzaon team but always they said that they can not do anything as this order was seller fulfilled order. I will have to wait for next 3 days then only they will be able to take any action.
Today is 21st and till now I have not received my order delivered. When I contacted Amazon they said now they can file A-Z claim for me in which they will refund me my money but again it will take 1-2 weeks.
I do not know what is going to happen even whether I will receive my money back and if yes then when.
So I will strongly recommend not to use Amazon.in for any shopping. Better to pay few more bucks and use flipkart.com.

Also I would say do not use Blazflash courier service, this was the last status on their website for my shipment but I have not received it yet.
