Amazon.in is one of the biggest online shopping site available in India . There is alot of confusion between the people weather amazon is good or Filpkart . Then the my answer would be amazon . I have already a review on filpkart you can view it . Recent changes in the amazon has made it more choosable than Filpkart . Earlier the main problem with amazon was that it do not deliver quickly which Filpkart did actually but now as the time change amazon started there quick delivery rather than they also offer 1 day delivery now! Now coming to product quality and price as we all now product on amazon are way cheaper than of Filpkart and any other shopping website in India . Secondly the product quality is also amazing I myself have never faced any problem on shopping through amazon the product quality is amazing! The customer service is good you get 30 day return beside that they reply your mails within 24 hours and In case of return they give full refund:) The amazon website and app both are user friendly and a new user will never face any problem . now going to my last topic Amazon.in is a reliable website you will not face any problem the delivery charges are normal like other websites recently they have increased it to Rs 60(from Rs 50) on product less than Rs 599(Note - before it was on product less than Rs 499)
and there is one more binefet of using amazon that is you get Ebooks just download the amazon kindle app on android or ios and just go to amazon and type free books and get a great numbers of free Ebooks
