Absolutely love amazon!
Most of the time, whatever your looking for you can find it cheaper on there. The mobile app is so easy to use and you can order what you need with a few clicks. Also love the fact that you can cancel orders if you change your mind quite quickly.
But the reason I really love them is that they always give you your money back with no quibbles. A couple of times I have taken out a free trial and forgot to cancel before the renewal date. Gave me my money back straight away with no fuss whatsoever. And I recently ordered a picture but when it arrived it was a little scuffed at the corners so I tried to arrange to return it and they just gave me my money back no need to return the item.
I never feel scammed by Amazon. In retail things are not going to be perfect 100% of the time but it’s how you deal with it that counts and amazon deals with customer issues brilliantly.
Only little niggle is having to order £20 worth of stuff to get free delivery which I wish they hadn’t done but other than that I’m very happy with Amazon.
