Hi, everyone.i am a regular buyer of online sites like amazon, Flipkart, myntra etc.i had a good experience with Amazon because of its surety.but since 2-3 months, I am feeling bad for this shopping site.some days before I ordered an earphone from this site of brand sony.because I love the headphones of sony.it’s sounds good.after the order confirmation, the delivery time was shown that, it would deliver to me in between 7days, because I am living in city.that should deliver before 7days.but I got that after 10 days.after that, the packaging was in very bad condition.then I am worried about my item.but that was safe.when I inserted in my mobile, that is not audible.that was very disappointed.i never think that, Amazon will send me like this product.that was like garbage to me.when I tried to contact to the customer care of Amazon, they tell me to return the item to the courier boy and when that reached the seller, you will get your money back.but the amount is returned to me after 10 days.this type of service changed the mind of customer.it is such a disappointing.
