I had a product I purchased from amazon.in, It was(Logitech Surround Sound Speakers Z506) the features in the Box was like this .

They promised the delivery within 3-5 days but I got it late after several calls to amazon after 8th day.The product packaging was like garbage not decent and when I got the product the feature was not exactly the same as it was mention above.
Many features were missing in the product 1) No 4 GB RAM 2) NO SDRAM. How can they give a wrong product, I Emailed them many times but I did not get any response from them or a call for feed back.
I just can recommend anybody to directly go to Unilet, pai or reliance and buy product directly when u buy products. I know many people have the same experience, I had my friend also saying the same that amazon sends wrong product no proper customer service.
