I am regular customer of Amazon company since last 3 year. Amazon is great marketplace to buy anything with secure payment and easy return policy. I've purchased more than 10 product like mobile phone, watch, Beauty products and many more. Now the packaging of Amazon is pretty good which include carry bags inside the packing box. The delivery timing is also good according to me, however you have to pay some extra charges for fast delivery within 1 or 2 day depends on your need. Amazon customer care executive is speak politely and gave good service. The online payment is fully secure and I recommend to buy products which show amazon fulfilled so the return and refund made more easy. The price are also good on amazon. I am satisfied with amazon service and always purchase with the site. The site according to me deserve 3.5 out of 5. Thank You
