I have very bad experience with amazon.in . Few months ago I purchased many products from amazon . But, after many bad experience I decided that now I never purchased from amazon .
Bad Experiences -
1) I purchased two dove soap, each price was 48/- . But, after delivery I saw it’s MRP shown 46/- .
2) Sometime, delivery charges are too high .
3) Sometimes, they take too many time to dispatch my order after order . One time they take 10 days to dispatch my order, but afterthat suddenly my order cancelled . So they loss my 10 days time .
4) They are provide only 10 days to return a order, where flipkart provide 30 days .
5) One time I purchased a usb cable, after delivery I check my order are fully damaged . They I request them return my order, but no reply from seller .
6) In my account, I have 1800/- gift balance . But suddenly my account gone hold without any reason . Then I contact with their customer care team, but said they have no update about reason of account holding . So, I loss 1800/- .
7) There have not given enough product details in amazon.in site .
8) amazon.in website take many time to fully load& their android app size is big .
So, I have many bad experience with amazon.in . I never suggest this online store .
