Amazon is the best eCommerce site in India in terms of service locations. It is the only site that delivers at my hometown, other big giants like Flipkart and Snapdeal don’t even provide their service there. Another thing is that offers always keep running on it in Lightning Deals which make the shopping cheaper and saves my money.
Though they don’t offer returns at my place which leads to loss of money if wrong product is ordered. They show returns possible in their return policy but they cancel if applied stating their vague reasons.
Pricing is average. Most things are available on MRP without deal and they charge Rs 49 for every order below RS 499.
Site is reliable too. I have bought many items from this and got satisfied every time else one when I requested return of mistakenly ordered item. When I requested for return they cancelled that.
