Today I would like to share my experience of this service. Its almost one month Ihave ordered some wears from jack and jones.But trust me they provide the delivery very much late I got the delivery after 2 weeks . I tried a lot contacting .but sometimes I wouldnt be able to call because of some technical problem .I aslo tried to call the delivery agent but they would say that we will deliver in one day and that one day came after 2 weeks.It was very annoying for me and I was very angry on that service because I had to wear the clothes on some function. But because of their poor service I failed to it. Even they take good amount of money for deliver and not provide the service properly. They dont even response to the call sometimes. They dont care for their customers.So think again to take the service from this brand or I would suggest you try another fast services.
